SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

 

BLUVOS Energy accepts the following payment methods

*PLEASE NOTE: If you are paying with PayPal, Amazon Pay or Apple Pay, we will only ship to the mailing address confirmed by the account attached to the payment method.

 

Once an order is placed, your shipping address cannot be changed. If you need to change the shipping address on your order, please contact us immediately. We are only able to alter the shipping address if it has not yet left our warehouse.

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING

 

Orders are processed X days a week. Please allow X business days* for order processing and shipment.

 

*PLEASE NOTE: Business days include Monday through Friday, Pacific Standard Time and exclude all Canadian Government Holidays including: Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, August Civic Holiday, Thanksgiving Day, Remembrance Day.

 

During high peak sales periods such as major holidays and/or sales & promotions, please allow for additional processing time for your order.

 

ORDER TRACKING

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for your package to appear in our system. If you do not receive a tracking number, it means that your order has not left our warehouse yet. If after 48 hours you do not receive tracking, please contact us by e-mail or phone.

 

On average, orders placed in the continental United States are delivered within X business days. Delivery time will also vary based on selected shipping method.

PLEASE NOTE: Packages are shipped by USPS and delivery times are estimated. USPS does not guarantee transit or delivery times from one mail class to another.

 

International orders can take upwards of X business days to be delivered. Arrival dates will largely vary based on shipping destination and are dictated by our international shipping services.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS

 

You will be notified by e-mail if a package is returned to our warehouse having been marked “return to sender”, “unclaimed” or is determined to be undeliverable by the delivering postal carrier. You will be receive a full refund minus the cost of shipping once we have received and processed the returned parcel.

 

If for whatever reason, you request an address change, redirect or forwarding request with the parcel carrier once the order has left our warehouse, BLUVOS Energy is not responsible for address changes arranged with the purchaser and the parcel carrier. We are not responsible for any package that becomes lost, stolen or damaged during transit.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

 

At the moment, only CDN and USD currency will be accepted at the BLUVOS online shop. Orders placed within Canada will be charged CDN currency. All orders in the United States will be charged USD currency. All orders outside Canada and the United States will be charged USD currency.

 

Currency conversation is determined by the financial institution through which you place your order. We are not responsible for any additional fees or charges incurred through your order.

 

The customer is responsible for paying any applicable taxes, duties and/or customs charges that may apply.

 

BLUVOS.com does not calculate or collect additional international taxes, duty or customs charges at the time of payment. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to be sure the Customs Department in the receiving country permits the contents of your order to enter your country and if duties/tariffs are collected upon delivery. We will not provide a refund on the shipping of the package if you refuse the package or if it is refused by customs due to regulations, taxes, or duties. If the package is seized by customs for any reason and the package is not returned to us, we cannot issue a refund.

BLUVOS Energy Inc. offers tracking and final delivery to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates.

For countries where parcel tracking services are not available, we cannot be held responsible for non delivery.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

 

BLUVOS Energy Inc. is not responsible for any orders that may be lost or stolen during transit. If you have not received your order, we recommend you double check the tracking information provided in the order shipment confirmation e-mail. If you have not received your package, yet the tracking information indicates “delivered”, please contact us at info@bluvoshq.com

 

 

REFUND & MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

 

BLUVOS Energy is happy to provide a full refund on any unopened/unused products and merchandise. Due to potential tampering upon opening, BLUVOS Energy cannot accept returns on any opened consumable products.

 

REQUIREMENTS FOR A REFUND

  • Item(s) must be unopened and in its original condition (e.g., BLUVOS powder tubs, sample packs and campsules etc. must be sealed and apparel/accessories must be unused);

  • Item(s) must be returned in all original packaging and with accessories and paperwork;

  • Item(s) must be returned using an insured and traceable shipping method;

  • The product(s) must have been purchased directly from: BLUVOS.com

Returns will be issued within 30 days of delivery. Therefore, all returns must be postmarked within 30-days of receiving the item.

Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded to the customer

Please contact us by e-mail or phone to setup your return and determine eligibility. If you choose to return the item without contacting us, and all return requirements are not met, you will not be issued a refund and will be notified as such by e-mail.

Note: We do NOT offer price adjustments on any products purchased during a sale or special promotion. Any item refunded under a sale or promotion will receive an adjusted refund based on the full price of the items sold.

 

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS

 

If you did not receive the correct product(s) in your order, contact BLUVOS customer support within 3 business days of receiving your order. You will be required to e-mail images of the item you received to info@bluvoshq.com as well as providing your order number. We will do everything in our power to ensure you receive the correct items.
